Moma and Baby Bean have made it to 24 weeks! Baby Bean is approximately 10.5 to 11.8 inches long and weighs anywhere between 12.7 to 20.8 ounces. Baby Bean is at least the size of a papaya!
Tuesday morning, Mommy and Baby Bean were off to see the doctor again! Baby's heart rate was 164 and the big belly bump measured perfectly on target.
The morning began with the most-anticipated glucose test. The sugary drink was consumed and then blood was drawn over a two hour time period. Not much fun, but we are hopeful for great results!
After a visit to see the OB, Mommy was referred to physical therapy for hip pain. I went to see the therapist in the afternoon and learned that the pain is caused by hormones and that there are some exercises to do that will help. I will continue to see the physical therapist for a bit.
Both Mom and Baby Bean are happy and healthy though!
