What a trip!
Now that we had arrived at the hotel, it was time to unpack, settle down and wait for Mamaw Jean and Papaw Dean to get there. Well, settle down may be the wrong term here... Waverly had saved all her energy and was ready to RUN!
We just turned our little firecracker loose (while being closely monitored, mind you) and there she went! She ran and ran!
She looked over the balcony, searched every corner of the hotel room for new things to get into and ran around all wired up!

It was then while we were playing outside that Waverly found a new friend, her shadow. How fun to make a new discovery! She saw her shadow on the wall and said, "Hi, Baby!"
She was just amazed that her shadow followed her everywhere she went!
She was very excited!

and getting BIG kisses in return!
Full of laughs as Daddy tosses her around and upside down!
It's gonna be a great weekend!
