Cheese, Tacos & Peanut Butter

What's that, you say?

Well, Miss Waverly has become quite camera shy. 

To persuade her to take some pictures, I've had to get creative!

Instead of the standard "cheeeeeese", 

I've surprised Wavy by asking her to say different things as she smiles for the camera. 

Tacos & Peanut Butter seem to be her favorites, 

so if she runs at you with a camera in hand, 

screaming "Taco!", 

don't be alarmed. 

We trained her that way.

Swinging low, swinging high!

I know I'm biased, and I know I've said it before, 

but Waverly is just adorable!

Holding on tight!

She's proud of herself for her new "stunt".  

She likes to push the porch swing as far back as it will go, 

then jump on and hold on tight!

Wheeeeeeeee!

Do the Dew!

Remember this? 

Shocking that Wavy was so little and could already know that she preferred Mt. Dew over Pepsi?  Nah, I know who started that... ahem, daddy!

So why should I be surprised with the following? 

Harlan, at the same age as Wavy, has discovered how to do the dew!

Oh my goodness.  Like father, like son, and like daughter! 

A new hiding spot...

My little hider, she is always looking for a new hiding spot. 

She likes to hide behind furniture, under the table, in a closet... we've even had trouble spotting her before!

I love her creativity.  She decided that climbing in the toy box was clever. 

She put most of her toys away and then hopped right in! 

Peas & Carrots

Peas and carrots are now staples at home! 

Harlan loves to eat his veggies!

He also likes to share!
