Sidewalk Chalk

Tuesday nights, we always go visit Baby Gail!

We've enjoyed the nice weather

and Baby Gail brought out the sidewalk chalk!

This is one of our favorite past times, 

and Baby Gail has a great big driveway for us to color!

We try to express our creative sides...

like with Harlan holding some chalk balloons.

And then we check out our art!

He wasn't so sure what to think about his chalk outline!

Wavy wasn't about to lay down on the sidewalk; 

she didn't care if her chalk balloons floated away! 

But she did have a great time drawing!

Play Time!

We have been waiting to see the Alice in Wonderland play!

There was no flash photography allowed, 

but we took a couple of pictures before the show!

Lacie & Harlan are great buds!

We were glad that Lacie and Sarah could come with us to the play.

We really enjoyed the play! 

And, all of the kids did a fantastic job!  We were impressed!

Wanna treat?

We all scream for ice cream!

But we all scream "please!!!!!"

Parent night!

I am so excited that it is finally parent night!

At dance class, it is a rule that parents do not accompany their children 

inside the classroom.  The girls have to be able to stay in class with their 

parents in the hallway waiting for them.  

I look forward to parent nights, when the grown-ups are invited in to watch the girls practice!

 The girls have been working very hard, 

as it is almost time for their recital!

Waverly has a very small class, with only herself and two other little girls. 

They are both named Carly!

I am super proud of how far Waverly has come in ballet. 

She began dance last August, and it was four lessons in before she would let go of her teacher's hand.  Now she runs in the classroom, and she does every move. 

I am so excited to see her perform on the big stage, 

and I think she is even more excited!
